If any session is cancelled due to any of the coaches having Covid-19 there will be a full refund issued. If any player who has booked a 1-2-1 session cancels the session more than 12 hours in advance, then there shall be a refund minus net booking hire and 10%.
If any session cannot take place and are cancelled due to Government guidelines then there will be a full refund minus a 10% admin fee.
What happens if it rains?
For one to one/small group’s these sessions will be cancelled and deposit's will still be taken. If over half the session is completed, then the full amount is payable.
How do you pay?
You can pay via our online option, or directly via BACs or Cash during the session. All sessions require a non refundable deposit up front via our online booking system.
Cancellation Policy and changes to current booking
We require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to any cancellation for any booking to guarantee a full refund (minus a 25% cancellation fee). Cancellations made 14 days in advance will allow a full refund to be given. Alternatively, one to one and small groups can be moved to a new date and time subject to availability.
Are the team DBS checked?
All the team hold valid DBS certificates, are Safeguarded and also First Aid trained in line with ECB requirements
All our Coaches are ECB Level 2 or above (or equivalent) and are members of the ECB Coaches association
Changes to courses and sessions
From time to time course dates/times/venues/staffing may change. Precise reserves the right to do this with limited prior notice and explanation.
Photography and Data Protection
From time to time, pictures and video footage may be used for promotional purposes and on social media platforms. Please remember, you must opt out of this during the registration process.
Your data will not be shared with any third party. We will occasionally email you regarding latest news/courses on offer. If you wish to opt out, please contact us.
We are not liable for any personal possessions or property any child or adult brings to a session.
